BAGDAT MUSIN VISITED THE TURKESTAN REGIONAL SITUATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL CENTER

During the visit to the Turkestan region, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin was introduced to the activities of the regional Situational and Analytical Center. Deputy akim of the region Ulan Tazhibayev spoke about the work of the modern center and presented two projects that do not have anologs in Kazakhstan.
Recall that in March last year, in order to counter the spread of coronavirus infection in the region, the work of the Situational and Analytical Center was organized to track and counteract the coronavirus infection COVlD-19 in the region. Currently, the center has expanded its activities. Bagdat Musin got acquainted with the activities of the center and gave a positive assessment of the work carried out.
It should be noted that the center carries out work in several areas. The Minister was presented with the GreenPoint platform, which was first introduced in the country. This project is a platform for the implementation of digital monitoring and control over the rational use of agricultural land based on space monitoring. Also, access to the service is provided to employees of the departments and departments of land relations for monitoring the use and protection of land in the region for identifying, accounting for the use of water resources, farmland and monitoring the state of soils. This was announced by the head of the center Murat Khalilayev.
In addition, based on the emergency situations that have occurred in recent years and in order to minimize the risk of their recurrence in the future, the center together with the Emergency Department has developed an anti-crisis map of the Turkestan region. The new system was introduced for the first time in Kazakhstan. Experts collect and analyze information received from district akimats, departments and emergency services.
At the same time, the center monitors all criminal incidents in the region on a daily basis. Specialists also collect data from the regional Department of Public Health and the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Situations regarding the current situation in the region.
It is worth noting that since the introduction of the quarantine regime in the Turkestan region, 104 mobile groups have been formed and approved. In accordance with the instructions of the head of the region Umirzak Shukeyev, a cross-form for data collection was introduced, which facilitates the monitoring and analysis of the activities of mobile groups.
