BAGDAT MUSIN GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE PROGRESS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE TURKESTAN REGION

Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin arrived on a working visit to the Turkestan region. The head of the department got acquainted with the progress of digitalization of the region and visited a number of objects.
The Minister visited a technological dairy farm in the village of Badam, Ordabasy district. The dairy farm is equipped with advanced technologies from leading European manufacturers. Bagdat Musin was presented with a project for the automation of technological processes in agriculture, which includes automated robots for milking cows, a system for cleaning cowsheds, and diagnostics of the condition of cows.
The head of the department visited the villages of Zhusansay and Akkoyly of Ordabasy district, which were included in the "250+" project to provide rural settlements with mobile broadband Internet access.
In both villages, measurements were carried out, which showed poor communication quality. A protocol is issued on the spot. The operators, in turn, promise to fix the problem by June of this year. ICRIAP RK has developed a draft order, according to which the indicators of communication quality are defined: 1.5 MBit / s for 3G, 5 MBit / s for 4G.
"We, as a regulator, will issue fines to operators until we provide high – quality communication that will satisfy citizens," Bagdat Musin said at a meeting with residents of the village of Zhusansay.
During the trip to the region, the Minister got acquainted with the work of the Unified Contact Center "Turkistan 109". Since the official opening, the contact center has received more than 12 thousand requests in various spheres of the city's life.
The head of the department also visited the Kentau Transformer Plant, where he got acquainted with the automation of production. Earlier, the plant received an innovation grant from the ICRIAP RK for the robotization of the technological process for the production of power transformers.
In addition, Bagdat Musin assessed the work of the regional branch of the NAO " State Corporation "Government for Citizens" and met with the staff of the state corporation.
