AKIM OF TURKESTAN REGION HELD AN ONLINE RECEPTION OF CITIZENS

Akim of the Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev held an online reception of citizens at the site of the "Open Akimat". Due to the quarantine situation in the country, the personal reception of residents was held in an online format. More than 10 citizens attended the personal reception of the mayor. Most of the questions related to the social sphere, and there were those who asked the head of the region to help in finding a permanent job.
For example, Aliya Zhangeldieva, a resident of the village of Kokbulak, Keles district, asked about the major repairs of streets in the village. The estimated documentation of the intra-village road was developed last year. This year, the document was submitted to the local budget. The road will be completely repaired by the end of the year.
Also, a resident of the city of Arys asked for help in obtaining gluten-free food for twin children with a rare diagnosis of celiac disease. It should be noted that more than 60 children with this disease have been registered in the region. Umirzak Estayevich said that at a meeting of the Turkestan regional Maslikhat in March, a proposal will be prepared for children with disabilities to receive gluten-free food at the expense of the local budget.
Having made an appointment with the governor of the region, Kaldykyz Musayeva asked to assist in the employment of her 22-year-old son. It turned out that the family was registered at the place of residence in the city of Shymkent. The citizen who applied was explained the need to live at the place of residence in Turkestan to assist in finding employment in the regional center. Then the son will be accepted to the "Youth practice" in his specialty and will be given a referral.
During the online reception, a resident of Turkestan, Yeltay Bimakhambetov, raised the issue of installing a monument to Kazybek bi in Turkestan. The akim of the region explained that this issue is within the competence of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is implemented within the rules for establishing monumental art structures.
"We treat such issues very carefully. It is necessary to comply with all the requirements, there is a certain order. In accordance with the requirements of the law, local executive bodies provide the necessary documents. Then the regional Department of Culture collects the relevant documents and submits them to a special commission established under the Ministry. If the commission's conclusion is approved, the issue of installing the monument will be considered, " the akim of the region said.
In addition, residents of the city of Turkestan and Maktaaral district voiced the problem of drinking water. By the end of the year, a new water supply system will be installed in the village of Zhailaukol in the Maktaly rural district. They will also develop and submit a project to provide drinking water to the newly formed settlements of the city of Turkestan. Construction work is scheduled for 2022.
"It is difficult to lay pipelines to places where houses were built without infrastructure, but we will solve this issue before the end of the year. Usually, before starting construction, we first supply the infrastructure: water pipes, electricity, gas, heat supply and sewerage. I understand that there is a human destiny behind every request. Therefore, I take all questions under my own control. All the residents 'questions voiced at the reception today will be resolved in full within the framework of the law," Umirzak Estayevich said.
At the same time, a resident of the village of Kokmardan in the Otyrar district, Kuat Rasillayev, raised the issue of a shortage of irrigation water that may occur in the summer. To date, the "Altynbekov" and "Kokmardan" channels have been mechanically cleaned. Restoration work is scheduled to begin in March. The shortage of irrigation water will be completely solved.
Umirzak Shukeyev took personal control of the proposals and complaints of Turkestanis, instructing the responsible persons to analyze in detail the problems of each citizen and solve them as soon as possible within the framework of the law.
