TURKESTAN: OWNERS OF DIRTY CARS WILL BE FINED

In Turkestan, the movement of cars polluted from the outside is strictly controlled. If it is impossible to read the signs of the state registration number due to pollution of transport, car owners will be fined. Especially vigilant are the police, trucks and concrete mixers leaving construction sites. The wheels and bodywork of the vehicles must be cleaned of dirt.
Construction sites must be equipped with washing equipment, and heavy trucks must be cleaned at the exit of the facility. Employees of the Turkestan City Police Department are working to warn contractors and truck drivers at construction sites. For the first time, explanatory work is carried out and a remark is made to car owners who are not subject to the order. In case of a relapse, a fine is imposed.
Since the beginning of the year for drivers who do not comply with the law, compiled 511 administrative protocols under article 630 of the administrative code. The fine for individuals for pollution of highways in the city is about 3 thousand tenge. If the situation repeats, a fine of up to 15 thousand tenge is imposed.
