UMIRZAK SHUKEYEV INSTRUCTED TO GIVE PRIORITY TO DOMESTIC BUILDING MATERIALS

Akim of the region Umirzak Shukeyev once again visited construction sites in Turkestan and monitored the progress of work on them. The head of the region instructed to give priority to domestic and local building materials. He warned that the quality of construction is under strict control. The head of the region visited the construction sites in the regional center, where he got acquainted with the progress of work.
Umirzak Estayevich visited the construction site of one of the main projects that will become a brand of Turkestan – "Keruen saray". The multifunctional tourist complex, located on an area of more than 20 hectares, will be put into operation by the end of March. There is a cinema, a flying theater, an oriental market, an amphitheater, international hotels, restaurants, and an artificial lake. The unique project, which serves the residents ' well-being, has preserved the appearance of the ancient city.
The complex, which is built by the Turkish company "Sembol construction" within the framework of Public – private partnership, is built in accordance with international requirements. This project has no analogues in Kazakhstan. The hotels visited by the head of the region have more than 100 rooms, a recreation area, and fitness centers. More than 500 workers are involved in the construction.
The head of the region visited the Yasawi Museum. The construction of the three-storey facility has been fully completed, and qualified designers are involved in the interior work. The total area of the building is 3 thousand square meters, which is built in the spiritual and cultural center of Turkestan, near the mausoleum. In the future, 100 people will be employed here.
The governor of the region visited the regional scientific and Universal Library. The educational institution will have a reading room for 400 seats. The total area of the three-storey building is more than 8 thousand square meters. The library will have a collection of 250 thousand books.
