THE FESTIVAL "TURKISTAN: KONE MEN KELESHEK KOPIRI" WAS HELD IN ZHETYSAI DISTRICT

" Every country will have something to be proud of if it is a country that values its history, its culture, and its honor. For example, the Uzbeks have Samarkand and Bukhara. The Russians have Suzdal, Vladimir. In Iran – Mashhad. And we, the Kazakhs, have such a spiritual power – Turkestan, " Sherkhan Murtaza said about Turkestan in one of his speeches.

The regional festival of arts "Turkistan: Kone men keleshek kopiri" was held in the city house of culture in Zhetysay district. The event was opened by the Deputy akim of the region Serik Primbekov and Zhanol Zhangaziev.

Talented children performed on the stage, showing their skills in choral singing, playing the dombra, kobyz, and performing kui and solo works. There were also performances by gifted dance groups and orchestras. The jury included the Director of the regional Center of additional education of the regional Department of human development Bakytzhan Eshankulov, chief specialist of education of the regional Department of human development Aliya Bibolova, chief specialist of the center of additional education of the regional Department of human development Clara Nygimetova, methodologist of the regional methodical center of Nugman Arhabaev, senior lecturer in music southern state University named after M. Auezov Saltanat Agabekova. At the end of the festival, the jury wished the students and their supervisors great creative success.

The competition, organized by the akimat of the Turkestan region, the regional department of human development, the regional Center for the development of additional education and the education departments of districts and cities, is held according to a special schedule. The results of the festival will be summed up by a gala concert to be held in March at the "Akzhayyk" music school of the regional center, where the winners will be awarded.
