IN TURKESTAN, THE NUMBER OF ASSISTANCE CENTERS FOR OBTAINING HOUSING ON CREDIT IS INCREASING

In the city of Turkestan, about 400 citizens have already registered for housing through the Information Centers on credit housing. Residents take an active part in competitions within the framework of state programs. Most often, Turkestan residents are interested in the state programs "7-20-25", "5-10-20" (Shanyrak), "2-10-20" (Bakytty Otbasy) and "5-20-19" (Nurly Zher). Experts explain the conditions for participation in state programs financed by second-tier banks, including Otbasy Bank, Sberbank and Halyk Bank.
At the same time, in Turkestan, in order to provide the population with affordable housing, the number of centers where citizens will be informed about credit housing and the conditions of programs is growing. In addition to the information center located in the newly opened Wedding Palace, the "Otbasy Bank" "Consulting Center" (Zhilstroysberbank) was opened for lending to homes in the primary and secondary markets. For the convenience of residents, it is open in the city center and is open from 10: 00 to 18: 00 (without a lunch break). Recall, on behalf of the akim of the region Umirzak Shukeyev, a center for the sale of housing was opened in Turkestan. Here, residents will be able to apply for housing purchases. The institution is located in the building of the Wedding Palace and is open from 9.00 am to 19.00 pm (lunch break from 13.00 to 15.00).
