TURKESTAN: 77 STREETS PAVED IN MAKTAARAL

As a result of the positive projects of akim of Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev for the development of the southern districts of the region, road repairs in Maktaaral district are being carried out at a high pace. In general, Maktaaralsky district has 86.5 km of roads of national significance, more than 200 km of roads of regional significance, and more than 44 km of roads of regional significance. The inner streets of the settlements reach 570 kilometers.
Last year, 161.3 million tenge was allocated and major repairs of 3 highways of regional significance with a length of 3.6 km were carried out in the district. Construction works are moving to 2021. In addition, last year, 381 million tenge was allocated from the district budget, and more than 51 km of paving was carried out on 94 inner streets.
In the District, 77 internal streets with a length of 64.8 km were paved for 1.5 billion tenge. Among them, within the framework of the" Auyl – El besigi " program, there are 41 streets, 7 streets at the expense of the local budget, and 29 streets that were restored as a result of flooding.
It should be noted that last year, the Kireberis-Gulistan branch of the Republican highway a-15 and the regional roads KH-77, KH-78, KH-80, KH-164 were repaired on average, while the current ones were repaired on Kh-77, KH-100. In addition, more than a thousand light bulbs have been installed on 24 streets with a length of 35.3 km, and a footpath has been built on 2 streets with a length of 3.4 km.
