"NURLY ZHER" PROGRAM EXECUTED UNSCHEDULED

In the Turkestan region this year, at the expense of all sources of financing, it is planned to hand over 650 thousand square meters of housing. If last year it was planned to put into operation 600 thousand square meters of housing, then at the end of the year almost 750 thousand square meters of housing were occupied. Thus, about 6 thousand families celebrated a housewarming party. The "Nurly zher" program was exceeded by 125% last year.

According to the results of last year, the construction of 12 multi-storey buildings in the city of Turkestan was completed, 660 families received apartments. Among them are citizens waiting in line for housing, and residents of credit houses. In addition, 65 7 -, 9-and 12-storey residential buildings are being built in the administrative business center of the city of Turkestan. The construction of these residential buildings will be fully completed this year.

According to the regional department of construction, in 2020, about 800 families on the waiting list for housing were provided with housing. In particular, 600 apartments were commissioned in Kentau, 24 apartments in Tulkubas district, 80 apartments in Shardarinsky district, and 90 apartments in Saryagash district.

In addition, in order to provide housing for large families in districts and cities, about 400 apartments were purchased and distributed on the secondary market at the expense of the state budget. At the same time, the infrastructure is fully connected to 2617 land plots allocated for individual housing construction. Land plots were allocated to waiting lists.

It is worth noting that the region is actively working on the further development of housing construction within the framework of the "Nurly zher" program.
