COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE OF ETHICS IS UNDER STRICT CONTROL

Compliance with the requirements of the Code of ethics of civil servants is a duty. The ethics commissioner of the Turkestan region akimat Maksat Isayev presented the work plans for 2021. In accordance with the approved plan, preventive work is carried out in state bodies of districts and cities. Monitoring of compliance with the requirements of the Code of ethics by civil servants will continue. For this purpose, the ethics commissioner of the Turkestan region akimat visited Shardara, Maktaaral, Zhetysay, Sairam districts, where there were more complaints about civil servants and bodies based on the results of 2020. They got acquainted with the work of project offices "Adaldyk alany" in the districts.
"Work is underway to monitor compliance with the Code of ethics of civil servants, improve the image of civil servants. Today, we have visited four districts and met with employees of rural districts. The main focus is on the progress of work of civil servants, compliance with ethical standards. Each district has its own ethics commissioners in the assigned offices of the district Akim. There is an analysis of their work, and in the future it is planned to prevent violations of ethics," said Maksat Isayev.
Announcements about tolephone numbers and e-mails of the ethics commissioner and the responsible specialist of the Turkestan region akimat, as well as the dates of the reception are posted in all state bodies subordinate to local executive bodies. Reception of citizens on personal issues by the Commissioner for ethics of the regional akimat is held on the second Wednesday of each month in the akimat of Turkestan region, on the fourth Friday of each month in the girdle of the regional akimat in Shymkent from 15:00 to 17:00.
