TURKESTAN: A MEETING OF FRACTION OF PARTY "NUR OTAN»

Today, the first meeting of the "Nur Otan" party faction was held in the Turkestan regional maslikhat. It was held under the chairmanship of akim of the region, chairman of the regional branch of the party Umirzak Shukeyev.
It should be noted that before the elections, a party list of 631 people was formed for 320 deputy mandates. The party list was updated by 74 percent, the average age of candidates was 40 years. During the agitation stage, about 4,000 events were held, party members visited about 220,000 homes. According to the results of the elections in the region, the "Nur Otan" party won 81.84 percent of the vote and received 37 seats in the regional maslikhat out of 45.
At the meeting of the Bureau of the Political council of the regional branch of the party, worthy citizens were selected for 37 mandates. By the decision of the Bureau, the approved candidates are registered with the regional election commission.
According to the agenda of the meeting of the faction, which included the election of the secretary of the Turkestan regional maslikhat, the chairmen of the standing committees, the chairman of the session of the maslikhat, Beisen Tazhibayev made a report. He said that on the proposal of the chairman of the branch of the party U. Shukeyev, according to the decision of the bureau of the party, Kairat Balabiyev is proposed for the post of secretary of the Turkestan regional maslikhat.
The first deputy chairman of the Turkestan regional branch of the "Nur Otan" party, Beisen Tazhibayev, was invited to head the party faction in the regional maslikhat. His candidacy was unanimously supported by the members of the faction.
Chairman of the standing committee on budget and economic development in the regional maslikhat elected Rollan Sherimov, agriculture, land relations and nature management – Nuraly Abishev, socio-cultural development and parliamentary ethics – Almas Salimov, state and legal Affairs and local government –Umirzak Meldehanov. Nuraly Abishev was elected chairman of the session of the regional maslikhat.
Summing up the meeting, akim of the region, chairman of the regional branch of the party Umirzak Shukeyev congratulated on behalf of the party "Nur Otan" citizens who received deputy mandates in the regional maslikhat.
"The whole country, the party is pinning its hopes on us. Therefore, on the path of development of the state, local executive bodies and people's deputies should closely cooperate and work together.
