TURKESTAN REGION READY FOR SECOND WAVE OF CORONAVIRUS

Turkestan region is ready for the second wave of coronavirus. It has already started in Kazakhstan. While Turkestan region is in the "green" zone, it is normal to assess the epidemiological situation. In addition, the number of infectious diseases in medical institutions in the region can increase to six thousand.
To date, about a thousand infectious and quarantine funds have been prepared. 16 people (0.42% per day) were infected with coronavirus last night in the region, and 113 patients were treated. These are mainly residents of Saryagash, Sairam, Tolebi, Sozak, Tulkubas, and Zhetysai districts. At the same time, there are no problems. A large part of them has already passed away from COVID-19.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the pandemic, 3,816 cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in the region. Of these, 2,372 are non-symptomatic patients, and 1,642 are inpatient patients.
