205 MULTI-STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN RENOVATED IN KENTAU

The city of Kentau has 368 high-rise residential buildings (in the city – 334, rural – 34).
In 2015 put into operation one 5-storey building and two 5-storey building in 2018, and five 5-storey buildings in 2019, a total of 8 high-rise residential buildings. All 8 multi-storey residential buildings are in communal ownership.
At the same time, in 2014, the roofs of 9 multi-storey residential buildings were overhauled.
In addition, within the framework of the housing modernization mechanism of the "Regional development program until 2020"
, 35 multi - storey residential buildings were overhauled in 2017, and 44 multi-storey residential buildings were renovated in 2019.
In general, in 2014-2019, 79 multi-storey residential buildings were overhauled in the city of Kentau.
As part of the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly zher" for 2020-2025, a major overhaul of 132 multi-storey residential buildings was planned in 2020. To date, 126 multi-storey residential buildings have been overhauled by contractors at their own expense. During the period from 2017 to 2020, 205 multi-storey residential buildings in the city of Kentau were renovated as part of the program. Construction work in the remaining houses is planned to be completed by 2025.
