UMIRZAK SHUKEYEV: YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR HEART AND SOUL INTO YOUR WORK

The country has an opportunity to develop water sports and hold high-level competitions in Turkestan. In the administrative and business center of the city of Turkestan, a rowing canal will be built with unique sports complexes that have no analogues in Kazakhstan. The Olympic center will meet international requirements and contribute to the development of the tourism industry. including the creation of a favorable microclimate in the region and its architectural design.

Akim of the region Umirzak Shukeyev visited the construction site of the new water complex. The center, which meets international Olympic standards for rowing and canoeing, will be located on an area of about 100 hectares. The canal area is 47.9 hectares. Total length-2222 m, depth-4 m. The channel will have two channels. Prior to the implementation of this project, a detailed analysis was carried out and a conceptual project was developed.

On the territory of the sports complex there will be a hotel, a bike path, a swimming pool, boathouses, berths for kayaks, a scoreboard for spectators, stands, a bridge that will connect the islands and other objects. The new project will be a kind of transport channel from the Kensai-Koskorgan-2 reservoir through the return channel under construction at 9 and 11 streets in the administrative and business center. At the same time, an underwater channel will appear from the rowing channel to the Shoshkakol lake system.

In addition, in the regional center, Umirzak Estayevich got acquainted with the drama theater, the regional scientific and universal library, construction projects for six, seven and eight-storey 14 residential buildings, as well as a new bridge that will connect two avenues. Responsible contractors who reported on the progress of work were given specific instructions, changes were made to the projects.

Akim of the region inspected the construction of a suburban arboretum. Here, on the territory of 27 hectares, they intend to grow various types of fruit trees and perennial plants. To date, the area of 2360 square meters. m already planted flowers, and another 20,476 sq. m landscaping works are underway. The arboretum is planted with 12,000 seedlings of various trees. Among them are acacia, chestnut, catalpa, eldar pine, black and crimean pine. Amphitheatres, playgrounds, fountains, an artificial lake, bridges will be built on the territory of the park, and a project for growing a maiden's vineyard will be implemented. Umirzak Estaevich instructed to increase the number of seedlings planted and the size of the artificial pond.

"You need to put your heart and soul into your work. Only then will the result appear and you can become a good specialist, " the akim of the region said during a meeting with contractors and builders.

In addition, the head of the region visited the construction site of the multifunctional tourist complex "Keruen saray". The investment project is planned to be fully completed and put into operation in March next year. After inspecting the construction sites in the city, the governor of the region made sure that the work is carried out according to schedule.
It is worth noting that 67 units of equipment and 1320 people are involved in the project. Currently, the construction of a unique tourist facility is in full swing. The international-level complex will accommodate not only hotels, an oriental bazaar, and restaurants, but also an artificial lake. This project will preserve the architecture of the ancient city. The total area of the complex is 20.5 hectares.
