"PEOPLE'S OFFICE" OPENED IN MAKTAARAL DISTRICT OF TURKESTAN REGION

In Maktaaral district of Turkestan region, on the basis of the concept of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "Hearing state", a "service akimat" was opened, providing effective services to the population. First deputy head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Turkestan region Miras Kargabay and deputy akim of the district Beysenbay Turebekov got acquainted with the work of the "people's office".

The new form of open space has 8 independent sections. In particular, for the convenience of residents, departments of education, land relations, agriculture, housing and communal services, passenger transport, economics and finance, architecture and urban planning, employment and social programs function. In general, 90 public services are provided here, and conditions have been created for the population to receive services without hindrance.

Also, for the convenience of visitors, an electronic queue terminal is installed, a reference corner and waiting rooms are open.

In addition, in the "people's office" you can get an electronic digital signature, certificates through the "e-gov" service, applications for benefits, register in the housing queue, legalize documents for a land plot and get a reservation in the public service center.
