The new district will appear on the map of Kazakhstan. Residents of the city of Kentau and its rural district warmly supported the initiative of the Governor of the Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev to create a new district - "Sauran".
The head of the region specially visited the city of Kentau and met with residents.
"Today we are witnessing a great historical event. Much attention is paid to the development of settlements, including the city of Kentau. The expansion of the boundaries of the city of Kentau, the doubling of the population, the location of 12 rural districts in the city of Kentau indicates the transition of the city level to the district level. In turn, this led to a decrease in the quality of public services provided to the population, low coverage of infrastructure systems in settlements, and the remoteness of the city center from rural settlements. Given that the city of Kentau has developed over its history as an industrial city for the extraction of polymetallic ores, the transformation of Kentau into a district center may actually lead to a slowdown in the development of the city and a lack of attention to the villages. Having considered and analyzed the above issues, taking into account the current situation, I made a proposal to the Head of State to create a new district. My proposal was supported by the President.
Based on this proposal, I consider it appropriate to name the new district "Sauran", and to fix the village "Shornak" as the district center," the governor of the region said.
The new district will be named "Sauran". In the Middle Ages, the historical settlement of Sauran was located along the Great Silk Road and was connected with ancient Turkestan. The village of Shornak will become the administrative center of the new district. In turn, local residents were very happy to receive this news. The important initiative was unanimously supported by the intelligentsia and veterans.
"We thank you for raising a very important issue that concerns everyone. We are ready to support and contribute to the development and prosperity of the newly created district," said the elders of the village of Shornak.
It is worth noting that the creation of a new district, the emergence of regional state bodies, law enforcement and other structural bodies will ensure the availability of public services and the development of villages. At the same time, the city of Kentau will receive a new impetus for development as an industrial and industrial center. The district "Sauran" will appear on the map of Turkestan region on the eve of the holiday "Nauryz" next year. The city of Kentau, which is developing as an industrial and industrial center, will contribute to the socio-economic growth of the region.
At the same time, during the visit to Kentau, the Governor of the region visited a recently opened polyclinic. The city polyclinic with an ambulance station for 500 patients per shift is equipped with the latest equipment. 838.8 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of the project. tenge is provided. Today, the clinic operates an outpatient clinic, primary health care, consultative and diagnostic care, a
filter department for patients with coronavirus infection, as well as
emergency department. Currently, there are 248 doctors and 906 nurses working here. The clinic has 32 mobile groups.
The governor of the region visited the polling station in Kentau, where he got acquainted with the progress of work. There are 74 polling stations and 506 members of polling stations in kentau. Of these, one polling station is a closed site (City Central Hospital). To date, there are 107,199 voters in 74 polling stations. All polling stations are included in the" Accessible map " database.
