TURKESTAN: THE FOCUS IS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN 5 DISTRICTS
Since this year, the leadership of the Turkestan region has been paying special attention to the development of infrastructure in Maktaaral, Zhetysay, Saryagash, Keless and Shardara districts located in the South of the region. This weekend, the head of the region visited Saryagash and Keles districts. Starting the trip with familiarization with the work of the kindergarten "Bes Zhuldyz" in the rural district of Zhibek zholy, Umirzak Estayevich talked with the staff of the preschool educational institution, where 450 children are brought up.
He also got acquainted with the work of the industrial greenhouse complex, which makes a significant contribution to the development of the agricultural sector of the region. It should be noted that the territory of the complex located in the village of Zortobe with Zhibek Zholy is 12.85 hectares. Using advanced technologies, up to 12 million seedlings are grown here every year. In the greenhouse, which has already attracted investments in the amount of 600 million tenge, the entrepreneur at his own expense installed a centralized heating boiler, and an automated control system allows you to irrigate seedlings by spraying water from above.
Further, in the village of Yntymak, the head of the region got acquainted with the construction of a bridge over the Keles river. The bridge is 60 m long and 10 m wide.
During the visit to the Kelessky district in the village of Abay, the head of the region got acquainted with the repair work on T. Ryskulov street, the work was carried out within the framework of the "Auyl- el besigi"program. At the same time, the head of the region inspected the construction of secondary school number 29 in the village of Zhambyl of Koshkaratinsky rural district.
The educational institution, whose construction began last year, will be put into operation in August 2021.
It should be noted that to date, 67 projects are being implemented in the Turkestan region, which will give a positive impetus to the development of the southern regions. 10 projects have been approved by the government and in 2021, appropriate funds will be allocated for their implementation. In addition, the regional budget provides 40 billion tenge for the implementation of 57 projects. Of these, 30 billion tenge was allocated this year, the remaining 10 billion tenge will be allocated for the completion of these projects next year.
These projects are needed to create a social infrastructure. In rural areas, it is necessary to build schools and hospitals, lay roads and bring a gas pipeline.
Last year, when developing a Comprehensive development plan for the region, in the southern region with a population of 1 million people, the main priority was given to the development of social infrastructure, the construction of roads and social facilities, then in 2021, along with Saryagash Zhetysai, Maktaaral, Keles districts, Sairam district also entered the list.
