NEW SYSTEM IN THE " PEOPLE'S OFFICE"

The people's office opened in ordabasinsky district will work in a new way. This is what the mayor of the district Nurbol Turashbekov promised when opening the office of the "service akimat".
"The AIKEY system sends applications from the population to the relevant departments through the program and sets deadlines. The program analyzes the degree of response to complaints and forms a rating of heads of departments and akims of rural districts, " the head of the district explained.
In addition, Turashbekov added, now residents can track the stages of consideration of appeals and the specialist who studies them.
First Deputy head Of the Department of the anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Turkestan region Miras Kargabay got acquainted with the work of the new system. In his opinion, this is the best option for working on the principle of "open akimat".
Now residents of the district who apply to the "people's office" are served by 8 independent departments of the akimat of ordabasinsky district. In General, 8 specialists consult and accept applications for 74 types of public services.
In addition, the "people's office" houses the "service akimat", where 2 operators work.
It should be noted that the "people's office" was proposed to open by the Prosecutor General's office. The idea was supported by regional colleagues and akimat.
The project will increase the level of trust of citizens in state and law enforcement agencies. It will help not only solve problems, but also benefit legal activities on the principle of "one window". Citizens will be able to consult with employees of the Prosecutor's office, internal Affairs, justice, regional akimat, as well as lawyers and mediators.
