"ENBEK" IN ACTION: MORE THAN A THOUSAND TURKESTANS MOVED TO THE NORTHERN REGIONS

From the Turkestan region this year, 1050 citizens moved to the Northern regions under the "Enbek" program
it consists of 335 families. Mostly turkestans settled in Kostanay, East Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. At the same time, to date, 1,494 families out of 5,364 people have moved to the Turkestan region. All this was achieved as a result of propaganda and explanatory work carried out in the region.

In order to promote this program, the regional akimat organized a press tour for representatives of regional media. The journalists visited the North Kazakhstan region, Kostanay and Akmola regions. In addition, employees of the Turkestan regional branch of the "Nur Otan" party met with residents of districts and cities to talk about the conditions and benefits of resettlement in the Northern regions of the country.

These and other important indicators were announced during the visit of the Minister of labor and social protection of the population of Kazakhstan Birzhan Nurymbetov to the Turkestan region.

Also, during a working trip to Turkestan region, Minister and Deputy akim of The region Ulan Tazhibayev, together with representatives of the media, got acquainted with the construction of a number of important social facilities.
After reviewing the ongoing work in the field of social protection of the population, the Minister gave a positive assessment.
It should be noted that this year in the Turkestan region, employers were allocated 770 quotas for attracting foreign labor, and 71 permits were issued to foreign citizens to work at 16 enterprises.
