TURKESTAN REGION IS THE LEADER IN PROVODING HOUSES

The highest rate of providing the population with housing in the Republic falls on the Turkestan region. This year, 548.4 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the region. Thus, in addition to the plan, the annual plan for housing commissioning was fulfilled, the state housing program "Nurly Zher"was fully implemented. According to the results of January-November, 4356 apartments were put into operation in the region.

It should be noted that the implementation of the state program "Nurly Zher" in the region is under strict control of the leadership of the Turkestan region. As part of the program, 36.6 billion tenge was allocated from the state budget for the construction of 158 facilities. The funds were allocated for the construction of 40 rental residential buildings, 30 engineering infrastructure facilities, and 89 credit residential buildings. By the end of the year, 69 facilities are expected to be commissioned. As a result, 2,430 families will be provided with housing, and infrastructure systems will be connected to 3,604 individual land plots.

At the same time, at the expense of the state budget, 40 rental multi-storey residential buildings are being built for 1,778 apartments without the right to buy out. As of today, 14 rental residential buildings have already been put into operation. In particular, 10 houses in the city of Kentau, one residential building in Tulkubas and Shardara districts and 2 multi-storey buildings for 90 apartments in Saryagash district were put into operation.

In addition, in order to develop social credit housing, 24 7-storey residential buildings are being built in the region. As a result, until the end of the current year, 1452 families will celebrate a housewarming party. Also, 64 new 7 -, 9-and 12-storey residential buildings are being built in the administrative business center of Turkestan. The total area of about 4 thousand apartments is 240,8 thousand square meters.
