"PEOPLE'S OFFICE" OPENED IN SARYAGASH DISTRICT

In order to implement the concept of the Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "Hearing state" in accordance with the instructions of the Governor of Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev, "people's offices" should be opened in all districts, and the population should have unhindered access to public services
To date, the work of many state bodies in the country is being transferred to the "Open space" format, special attention is paid to serving the population.
With the participation of the first Deputy head Of the Department of the anti-corruption Agency for the Turkestan region Miras Kargabay and the district akim Mukhit Otarshiev, the opening of the institution "HALYQTYQ KENSE"was held. In the open office, for the convenience of residents, there are 7 independent departments. In particular, about 90 public services are available to the population in the field of education, land relations, agriculture, housing and communal services, Economics and Finance, architecture and urban planning, employment and social programs. It also provides all the amenities for obtaining an electronic digital signature( EDS), applications for the appointment of benefits, registration in the housing queue, legalization of documents for land, housing, assistance in making reservations to the public service center.
It should be noted that this institution will not only consolidate the work of a number of state bodies in one place, but also help local Executive bodies to work with the population on the basis of the principle of openness.
