Deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saken Sarsenov and governor of Turkestan region Umirzak Shukeyev got acquainted with the work of the Unified contact center-109, which is organized under the city akimat and gave a positive assessment.
According to the mayor of Turkestan Rashid Ayupov, who informed about the work of the new center, operators receive complaints and suggestions from residents of the city around the clock. In addition, the city administration launched a social media project "Ashyk Akimdik", "Halyktyk Akimdik". By using these systems, residents will be able to save valuable time without visiting local executive bodies.
All requests and complaints are accepted and registered by service 109. They can be tracked on special led screens installed in the regional and city akimats, as well as in the unified contact center 109 and a special program. As of today, out of 5,274 requests received by the Call center, 99% have already found their solution.
