Since the introduction of a state of emergency in the country in connection with the coronavirus, a Situation center was opened in the Turkestan region on March 16. Today, the center constantly employs seven analysts in a 24/7 format. Special experts who have gained experience abroad carry out large-scale work in 5 basic areas. They conduct daily monitoring in priority areas such as health, education, security, food, media and social networks. For quarantine restrictive measures, the center collects data and reports on the work of 119 mobile groups from 16 districts and cities of the region. It also tracks and analyzes data from all popular social networks.
At the same time, the Turkestan region police Department plans to regularly process and analyze data on all types of crimes and incidents for 2019-2020, as well as conduct daily monitoring of operational data. The center also monitors socially important food products, analyzes agricultural producers in the region, and monitors and analyzes the territory of arable land plots to determine the effectiveness of using the sown area, indicating the cadastral numbers of the land plot.
The work carried out in the situation center, aimed at rapid response to emergencies in all sectors in the Turkestan region, is under the constant control of the head of the region Umirzak Shukeyev.
