TURKESTAN: MORE THAN 250 HECTARES OF LAND RETURNED TO THE STATE FUND IN SARYAGASH DISTRICT

In the Saryagash district of Turkestan region, monitoring was conducted to identify people who do not use agricultural land. As a result, it turned out that 157 citizens do not use 8689.66 hectares of land. After carrying out explanatory work, 86 landowners started developing 6427.66 hectares. And 14 people returned 251.42 hectares of land to the state. Currently, the relevant work is being carried out on undeveloped lands of other citizens.

In General, in the district for 11 months of this year, land lease revenues were expected in the amount of 11 million 741 thousand tenge, currently this figure has reached 10 million 574.8 thousand tenge and amounted to 90.1% of the planned plan.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, four competitions have been held for agricultural land. As a result, 62 individuals and legal entities were leased and put into circulation 5544.3 hectares of land.
