A single mother and her children were living in unsatisfactory housing and living conditions, and the woman and her two children were in need of disability registration. Moreover, it turned out that their grandmother, born in 1958, who lived with them, had not yet been granted a pension, as she lacked documents confirming her work record.
Having examined the living conditions, the representative of the Ombudsman contacted the Health Department, and the mother and her children are currently undergoing a medical examination.
In order to provide assistance within the framework of the law, the possibility of providing comprehensive support for this family is currently under consideration.
