A representative of the Ombudsman for WKR conducted a monitoring visit to a health care facility regarding a complaint of citizens published in the media

         A. Zhubanysh, a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in West Kazakhstan region in accordance with Article 83-1 of the Constitution of Kazakhstan to restore the violated rights of citizens with the participation of representatives of public organization members of AMT "Yel Namysy" N. Kurumbayev, A. Maltiev and deputies of the WKO Maslikhat B. Lavrentev and R. Bralov carried out a monitoring visit to the recently published information in the media about the torture of patients, the illegal use of their labor and the facts of unfavorable conditions of patients who are treated in the facility SCP on PCV "Regional Center for Mental Health".

        As a result of the monitoring, video recordings on video cameras and menus in the canteen were studied, it was recommended to make a decision on the treatment of a particular patient, based on the opinion of expert doctors of the competent state bodies.
