The rights of a convicted citizen have been restored

         The representative of the Ombudsman for the Western Kazakhstan region continues to receive appeals from convicted persons to restore their violated rights.

         During the special visit of the NPM team for WKO and the Representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the RK for WKO a convicted person was received with respect to the received information about humiliation of human dignity in terms of material and daily living conditions. The convicted person is the disabled person of the third group, in spite of such illness the convicted person was appointed to serve the sentence in the unit which is located on the fourth floor of establishment.

         After the intervention of the representative the rights of the convict were restored, as a result the convict was transferred to the first floor of the CSS.
