Artur LASTAYEV appointed his regional representative for the Abay region

Dulat Yertuganovich Zhumageldin was appointed as a representative of the Ombudsman for the Abay region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Introducing Dulat Zhumageldin, the Ombudsman noted his high professionalism and extensive experience in various responsible positions.
Dulat Zhumageldin was born in 1980 in Semey, Abay region. He has higher legal education. In different years, he worked in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Began his career at the NCHR since 2022. He worked as chief consultant, chief inspector of the national preventive mechanism sector of the legislative analysis department and the national preventive mechanism of the National Centre for Human Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Artur Lastayev wished the new representative success in his work to assist in the restoration of violated human rights and freedoms.
