A COMPETITION WAS HELD AMONG EMPLOYEES OF THE INSTITUTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS

On March 14, 2022, with the support of the representative office of the International non-governmental Organization «Penal Reform International» and the Commissioner for Human Rights, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was named after Sh.Kabylbaeva held a competition among employees of educational services of institutions of the penitentiary system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the title of «Best squad leader».

The head of the National Center for Human Rights, Zere Utebayeva, noted that the purpose of such events should be to introduce the best methods of managing closed institutions, taking into account international standards in the field of human rights, to form a stable understanding among employees of their responsibility not only from the point of view of ensuring public safety and law and order, but also respecting the rights of citizens and ensuring their resocialization.
