JANUARY 10, 2022 – THE DAY OF NATIONAL MOURNING IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Dear Kazakhstanis!

The events that took place in our country shocked Kazakhstan and the world community. Brazen terrorist attacks have been carried out on the peace and stability of our people and State, on the history and independence of our country.

Major damage was caused not only to the country's economy but also to the priceless cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.

We have witnessed inhuman cruelty, greed, and other very low vices.

We express our deep condolences to the relatives of the deceased policemen, military, and civilians.

Let's appreciate human life and remember those who died in these tragic days. We sincerely wish recovery to the Kazakhstanis who were injured.

Conclusions will be drawn. Legality and justice must prevail. We support the policy of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to stabilize the situation in the country.

We must unite and be united. This is our strength and the preservation of the integrity of our state.

We ask you to observe the legality and requirements of the state of emergency, which will contribute to the early stabilization of the situation and the restoration of security. This is our country and our future!
