Meeting of the Commissioner for human rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the team of the Center for work with children involved in migration processes

October 1, 2020, in the office OF Rodnik, met the Commissioner for human rights of Kazakhstan Azimova Elvira with the team of Centre for work with children involved in the migration process, which began 20 April 2020 with the support of UNICEF Kazakhstan. They discussed the implementation of the service delivery model based ON the Central Bank of Almaty and the test NGO-OF "Rodnik".

Today, issues were discussed following the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on combating illegal export, import, and human trafficking, which took place on September 29, 2020. The Meeting was attended by the Commissioner for human rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elvira Azimova, representatives of the IOM of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aliya Alikova and WINROCK INTERNATIONAL Altyngul Turalieva, Director OF "Rodnik" Nina Balabayeva. Issues and problems of counteraction, prosecution, assistance, and partnership were discussed and a number of proposals were developed for inclusion in the government's action plan to combat human trafficking for 2021-2023.
