Almas Abzhapparov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the consumer protection Committee

Almas Abzhapparov was born on may 21, 1971 in Almaly district of Almaty region.

In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh national technical University with a degree in electrical engineering, in 1999-Karaganda state University named after E. A. Buketov with a degree in law.
In 2011, he graduated from The Russian presidential Academy of national economy and public administration and received a PhD in Economics.
He started his career in 1993 in "APBEA Col td" LLP.
In recent years he held the posts of head of the Department of state revenue of Western-Kazakhstan region of the Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adviser to the akim of West Kazakhstan region, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for state material reserves of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
