Clients of Scat, Air Astana, Fly Arystan airlines received money back for cancelled flights

The Committee for consumer protection of the Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to work to prevent violations of consumer rights of citizens in the field of civil aviation.

 

 

In addition to Bek air, the Committee cooperates with Scat, Air Astana, and Fly Arystan airlines to refund the cost of tickets for canceled flights during the state of emergency in order to protect the consumer rights of Kazakhstanis. To date, the Committee is compiling a list of citizens who have not yet been reimbursed.

 

In this regard, citizens who have not received funds for canceled flights of domestic airlines (due to the introduction of a state of emergency), should contact the Committee, enclosing all documents confirming the purchase of a ticket (a copy of the identity document, ticket, payment confirmation).

 

Applications to the Committee are accepted via the e-government portal at the following link: https://egov.kz/cms/ru/services/citizen_and_the_government/e_app. By mail to the address: Nur-Sultan, 8 Mangilik El Avenue, House of ministries, 2 entrance.  And also via a telegram bot: kzpp_bot.

 

We remind that the Turksib court of Almaty has fully satisfied 2 claims of the Committee to the airline" Bek air " JSC.  The interests of 990 consumers are protected. The court ordered JSC "Bek air" to return to citizens a total of 60.1 million tenge for tickets for canceled flights.
