A court hearing was held on the claim of the consumer protection Committee to Bek air

Today, July 23, 2020, the first court session was held on the second claim of the Committee for consumer protection of the Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan against the airline "Bek air"JSC.

The claims of the KZPP are similar to the first claim against JSC "Bek air". This is a refund for passengers who purchased tickets for canceled flights.
As a third party in the process, a representative of the ticket agent "Aviata"participated. In addition, the Prosecutor and a representative of JSC "Aviation administration of Kazakhstan"will take part in court sessions at the request of the KZPP.

The Committee represents the interests of the 151 citizens who purchased the ticket 301. The amount of the claim is 10.5 million tenge. Due to the fact that applications to the KZPP are received daily, this amount will increase.

In addition, we inform that JSC "Bek air" filed an appeal against the decision of the Turksib district court of Almaty, in which the court satisfied the claims of the KZPP for compensation to citizens.
