By the ROK Government regulation Janacova Assel Zhubanysheva appointed Vice-Minister of trade and integration of Kazakhstan.

Assel Zhanasova was born in 1987 in Almaty.

In 2010 he graduated from Cambridge University at the international scholarship of the President RK "Bolashak", in 2014 the master's programme, University of Cambridge, Moscow state University. Lomonosov program "Executive Management".

From 2010 to 2014 worked as an information technology specialist, Manager of the office for information technology Director of information technology security company Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC in London.
