Acceptance of documents for qualification to ECE begins
The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the start of accepting documents and applications from candidates to qualify for vacant positions of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) staff. The documents will be accepted from 5 July 2024 to 31 August 2024.
Qualification selection shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Qualification Selection of Candidates for Vacant Positions in the EEC, approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 4 July 2022 № 280 - HҚ. The selection shall be carried out among citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who have reached the age of 18 years, willing to participate in the competitive selection for vacant positions in the EEC.
To participate in the qualification selection, candidates shall submit the following documents to the authorised body:
1. Application in free form, indicating full name, ECE structural unit, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.
2. A copy of your passport or identity card.
3. Copies of documents confirming qualifications (notarised or certified by HR departments at the candidate's place of work/service):
o documents on education, additional professional education, academic degree, academic title (if any);
o labour book or documents confirming employment.
4. Certificate of absence of a criminal record.
5. Candidate's questionnaire with two photographs in accordance with the requirements published on the official ECE website (Annex 1).
Documents should be sent to the following e-mail addresses: a.argyn@mti.gov.kz and zh.dyusenbek@mti.gov.kz with the remark «Participation in the selection».

The form of candidate assessment is an interview. In case of successful selection, the candidate will be issued a recommendation of the authorised body, which will be submitted to the EEC. Obtaining a recommendation is not mandatory for participation in the competition to fill a vacant position in the EEC, but candidates with a recommendation will be given preference.
The results of the qualification selection will be published on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
