Today, 8 November, at the plenary session of the Majilis deputies in the second reading adopted amendments on export credit agency and promotion of exports of non-resource goods (works, services).
«The bill has been developed in fulfilment of the instructions of the head of state voiced in the Address. This step is aimed at creating an export credit agency, which is given the status of a National Institute», – said Majilis deputy Ruslan Kozhasbayev.
Under the new law, the export credit agency will also have such instruments as interest rate subsidies, as well as insurance and reinsurance for business representatives. Thus, Kazakhstan will have an institution providing comprehensive support to domestic exporters on a one-stop shop basis.
