The project Reengineering of Business processes in the field of accreditation, certification and standardization has been launched in Kazakhstan

Since May of this year, the project Reengineering of Business processes in the field of accreditation, certification and standardization has been launched with the direct participation of the RSE "Digital Government Support Center" of the Ministry of Digital Development and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of business process reengineering is to increase the efficiency and quality of activities by revising and restructuring existing processes, improving overall efficiency by optimizing business processes to achieve greater productivity.
Reengineering will reduce the time required to complete tasks, improve the quality of services provided by developing more efficient working methods, standardizing processes and implementing best practices.
The project provides for the use of digitalization and automation of tasks, which will allow in the future to use resources efficiently, eliminate unnecessary steps in processes.
Digitalization through the use of modern methods such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data centralization, robotization of repetitive processes, will lead to a reduction in time by 1-3 months, increase the level of service, facilitate the process of submitting applications and providing information.

To date, all accreditation processes in the current model (AS-IS) have been formed and work has begun on the compilation of target models. A working group of employees of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology, RSE "National Accreditation Center", RSE "Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology" and RSE "Digital Government Support Center" participates in these works on an ongoing basis.
