Talgat Momyshev appointed Director General of the National Accreditation Center

Today, the First Vice-Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Shakkaliyev presented the new Director General Momyshev Talgat Amangeldievich to the staff of the RSE «National Accreditation Center» of the MTI RK.

 

Momyshev Talgat Amangeldievich was born in Shchuchinsk, Kokchetav region.

 

Graduated in 1990 from Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation and Construction Institute with a degree in civil engineer, in 2001 from Almaty Institute of Economics and Statistics.

 

In 1997-1998 he worked as the head of the department, deputy director of the Zhambyl Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification;

 

In 2000-2003 – Director of the Almaty branch of RSE «Metrology»;

 

In 2003-2005 - First Deputy Director of RSE «GNPC «Kazsertico», Head of the Production Department of JSC «National Center for Expertise and Certification» – in Astana;

 

From 2005 to 2010 – Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 

In 2010-2014, he worked as Chairman of the State Inspection Committee in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then – Chairman of the Environmental Regulation Committee, State Inspection in the Oil and Gas Complex of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 

In 2017-2018 he worked as a State Inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 

In 2018-2019 – Deputy Akim of Zhambyl region;

 

From 2019 to 2021 – Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice-Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
