Kazakhstan and China signed 16 bilateral documents at the Cross-border Cooperation Forum

16 bilateral documents were signed on the sidelines of the II Friendly Dialogue of Cross-border Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. Of these, 6 interregional, 5 memoranda of understanding, 5 commercial contracts worth $ 565.4 million.

1. Agreement on the establishment of fraternal ties between the East Kazakhstan region and the XUAR.

2. Agreement on the establishment of fraternal ties between the Abai and XUAR regions.

3. Agreement on the establishment of fraternal ties between the Zhetisu region and the XUAR.

4. Agreement on the establishment of fraternal ties between the Almaty region and the XUAR.  

5. Protocol of Intent on establishing twinning relations between the city of Almaty of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China.

6. Memorandum of cooperation on the creation of a mechanism for coordinating the activities of ICBC«Khorgos» between the Akimat of the Zhetisu region and the People's Government of the XUAR.

7. Memorandum of Understanding between Astana International Exchange (AIX) and Xinjiang Bank Co. Ltd.

8. Memorandum on deepening international medical cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.

9. Agreement on cooperation in the production capacity industry between GC «AlageumElectric» and TBEA.

10. Memorandum of Understanding between the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture and Crop Production and «JOIN HOPE SEEDS CO.LTD». 

11. Memorandum of Cooperation between «KTZ Express» and «ChinaXinjiang Electronic Port Co., Ltd».

12. Protocol of Intent of cooperation between Aoxinjiang International Trading Company «Baili Steel» and «Eurasian Group».

13. Wheat import contract for 50 thousand tons between «Vilmir» LLP and «Alashankou Jinshahe Noodle Co Ltd».

14. Agreement on the alkylation plant with a capacity of 100 thousand tons/g in Kazakhstan between «INTERTRANS C.A.» LLP and «San Bao» Xinjiang Commercial and Industrial Corporation LLP..

15. Agency agreement for the conduct of import procurement cases between the Kazakh company «Ilyin» and ООО «Xinjiang Puxi Liin» LLC.

16. Cooperation agreement on the construction of cross-border foreign e-commerce warehouses in Turkestan between «NUR-001» Kazakhstan, Xinjiang Information Technology Company «Silutun» and компанией «Avicenna» Tajikistan.
