On holding a public discussion on the introduction of obligations in relation to subjects of internal trade

As part of the implementation of the roadmap for the launch of the nationwide project "Kazakhstan Zhasalgan" for 2023-2024, approved by the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.M. Zhumangarin dated December 29, 2022 of the order providing for the introduction of an obligation in respect of domestic trade entities to provide retail space and (or) shelf space for food products of domestic production of at least fifty percent, non-food products of domestic production of at least ten percent of the total retail area and (or) shelf space occupied by such goods.

​The project is aimed at creating mechanisms for promoting the products of domestic producers and stimulating the development of domestic production.

In this regard, in accordance with the Rules for Conducting and Using Regulatory Impact Analysis of Regulatory Instruments (approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 20, 2015 No. 748), we invite you to participate in the public discussion of the above regulatory instrument from March 28, 2023 at 15:00 on the Zoom online platform until 16:00 March 28, Astana time, 2023.
