The decision to open shopping centers and markets was made based on the importance of providing jobs and income for a large number of our citizens engaged in trade and services.

But at the same time, we appeal to all entrepreneurs to take into account the importance of complying with all the requirements of the chief sanitary doctor to strengthen sanitary and disinfection measures.

If the recommendations specified in this order are not implemented, the Chief state sanitary doctor of the relevant territory may take measures up to the suspension of the activities of facilities.

These recommendations apply to the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
