Regarding the functioning of food courts on the territory of the shopping center

The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the period of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2020 No. 285 "on the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in order to protect the life and health of citizens recommends:

 

Food facilities (food courts, restaurants, cafes, etc.) located on the territory of large shopping facilities should be strengthened with sanitary security measures, in particular:

1) carry out activities exclusively by delivering goods (food, beverages, etc.) to the consumer using its own delivery service or other delivery services;

2) it is recommended that the staff use disposable masks when working (changing masks at least once every 3 hours);

3) non-admission to work of personnel with manifestations of acute respiratory infections (fever, cough, runny nose);

4) install sanitizers for hand treatment, use a multifunctional antiseptic substance with prolonged antimicrobial action in sanitizers, or provide the issuance of disposable gloves;

5) at the end of the working shift (or at least after 6 hours), ventilation and wet cleaning of premises with the use of disinfectants are carried out by wiping with disinfecting wipes (or solutions of disinfectants) door handles, handrails, tables, chair backs (armrests of chairs), hand wash basins at the entrance to the dining room( dining room), self-service Windows;

6) treat the territory adjacent to the object with disinfectants at least once a day.

7) conduct enhanced disinfection mode: every hour with special disinfectants to treat the room tables, chairs, every three hours — floors.
