MTI RK discussed effective methods of change management in the implementation of the Ministry's activities

As part of the plan for conducting legal General education for 2020, on March 11, 2020, the Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar on the theme "Development of public administration. Change control».

The lecturer of this event was associate Professor of the national school of public administration of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Madiyar.

During the seminar, the types, characteristics and scope of changes, reasons for resistance, methods and stages of change management, and the use of methods in implementing various projects of the Ministry were discussed.
