Askar Begmanov appointed Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Begmanov Askar Abdugalievich was appointed to the post of Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Askar Begmanov was born in 1975 in Almaty.

Graduated from Kazakh State Law University, Institute of International Professions, A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University.

He started his career in 1997 as an assistant prosecutor for legal statistics and information of the Prosecutor's Office of the Turksib district, Almaty.

In 1999-2000 he worked in the Department of Justice of the Almaty region, Taldykorgan.

In 2001-2003 — Assistant prosecutor; Senior assistant prosecutor of the Auezovsky district of Almaty.

In 2003-2007 he worked in private organizations.

In 2007-2008 — Senior Legal Adviser of the Department of Legal Support and Contract Monitoring of KazMunayGas Trading House JSC.

In 2008-2009 — Head of the HR Department of the Department of Administrative Work and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2009-2010 - Chief Consultant of the Department of Organizational Work and Territorial Development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2012 — Akim of the Esil district of the North Kazakhstan region.

In 2012-2013 — Head of the office of the Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region.

In 2013-2014 — State Inspector of the Department of State Control and Organizational and Territorial Work of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2015 — Deputy Chairman of the Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2015-2018 — Akim of the Magzhan Zhumabayev district of the North Kazakhstan region.

In 2020-2021 — Deputy Akim of Taldykorgan.

From October 2021 to the present, he has been the director of the Department at the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhanibek Maksutovich Nupirov, who previously held this post, was dismissed from office according to the submitted application.
