Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov held a reception of citizens in the republican public reception of the AMANAT party.

During the reception, which lasted more than 2 hours, Bakhyt Sultanov considered the problems of five citizens. Residents of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Karaganda, Aktau, Atyrau and Almaty region turned for help in solving their problems.

The problematic issues of exporting dry camel and mare's milk to the EU, USA, China were considered; a project of a wholesale distribution center was presented, necessary for the purchase of products of domestic agricultural producers, the sale of crop products and the stabilization of prices for agricultural products, etc.

The applicant, who raised the issue of promoting dry camel and mare's milk to the markets of the European Union, the USA and China, received the necessary clarifications.

So, Bakhyt Sultanov told in detail about the possibilities of promoting products under the trademarks "Saumal", "Saubota", "Qazbota" and instructed the responsible persons to provide the necessary support. He also noted that when exporting their products to the EU and a number of other countries, financial support measures are provided to exporters through cost recovery.

Another participant of the meeting, a resident of Aktobe, addressed the issue of payment for the work on the production of PSD for the project on the modernization of sewage treatment plants. The complexity of the issue lies in the fact that the local government agency, as a customer, is "delaying" the adoption of the project. Following the discussions, the Deputy Prime Minister instructed the Mayor of the city to resolve the issues within a week.

Residents of Talgar district of Almaty region addressed the issue of an inflated tariff for drinking water received from the RSE at the Nurinsky Group Water supply plant. Residents also complained about the water quality, so they initiate the need to replace the service provider. In this regard, Bakhyt Sultanov instructed the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akimat of Almaty region to sort out the situation and solve the problem.

Also, during the meeting with the population, the Deputy Prime Minister considered the problems of 3 more citizens. Citizens' questions related to the sphere of trade, electrical safety, marking of shoe goods, etc.

Bakhyt Sultanov gave detailed answers to all questions. All the issues raised have been taken under the personal control of the Deputy Prime Minister. The responsible persons have been given the appropriate instructions.
