The validity period of serial certificates has been extended

The Eurasian Intergovernmental Council has extended the possibility for Kazakh exporters to apply certificates of origin of serial products to confirm the origin of goods.

This certificate can be applied to 50 items of goods: meat, fish, fresh and chilled animal carcasses, kefir, whey, certain types of products made from natural milk components, pasta with stuffing.

- Serial certificates have eliminated the need for businesses to receive a document on the origin of goods for each batch during export deliveries. This has significantly simplified export procedures and reduced costs, both financial and temporary for entrepreneurs," Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov explained.

On Kazakhstan's initiative, the period of application of the certificate of origin of serial products has been extended until December 31, 2023.
