On July 1, public hearings of the advisory document to the draft law on technical regulation will be held

The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites everyone to a public hearing of the regulatory policy advisory document to the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation".

Public hearings are planned on July 1, 2022, at 16:00, through a Zoom conference*.

The advisory document is aimed at solving the problems of the sphere of technical regulation, in particular paper turnover in relationships; working conditions in the conformity assessment market through the development of independent inspection bodies; reimbursement of costs for the development of standards; shortening the time for the development of standards and more.
