The Ministry of trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducts annual accreditation of associations of private entrepreneurs for 2020.

Accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship is carried out in accordance with the rules of accreditation, grounds and procedure for cancellation of accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship and other non - profit organizations, (hereinafter-the Rules) approved by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2018 No. 799.

Acceptance of documents for accreditation is made in the office of the Ministry
trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 9 to 25 December 2019 (working days from 09.00 to 17.00 hours) at the address: Nur-Sultan, Esil district, prospect mangilik El 8,
administrative building "house of ministries", 1 entrance, phones for inquiries

To obtain accreditation, the applicant shall submit to the state body:

1) application form in accordance with the Annex to the Rules;

2) notarized copies of constituent documents and documents confirming the state (registration) registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, branch (representative office) in case of failure to submit the original for verification;

3) list of members of Association and / or organization with indication of business identification number.

Accreditation may not be carried out if:

1) the submitted documents do not meet the requirements of paragraph 6 of the rule;

2) the Association and the organization do not carry out activities to protect the interests of its members;

3) the submitted documents contain inaccurate or incomplete information;

4) the Association and the organization submitted documents for accreditation after the deadline for accepting applications.

The accreditation certificate is issued for a period of three years in the approved form.

Associations and organizations accredited more than twice in a row in the Ministry receive a certificate of accreditation on an indefinite basis.

The procedure for accreditation on an indefinite basis is carried out in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Rules.
