Yerlan Battakov held a personal reception of citizens

First Vice - Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Battakov received applicants on various issues as part of a personal reception of citizens.

Representatives of consumer protection associations and the Public Council on Trade and Integration took part .

Thus, the President of the "Republican Association of Consumers of Kazakhstan" Aitmaganbetov Zhaslan made a proposal for legislative work.

In turn, Yerlan Battakov, supporting the initiative, said that in order to prepare the draft concept for the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", a working group has been established to develop draft laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights protection" and "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on consumer rights protection". The Ministry is also ready to discuss and consider proposals from the expert community. The working group included representatives of the authorized body in the field of consumer protection, public associations of consumers, and the business community.

Citizen Duisembieva Altynkul addressed the issue of the return of the inadequate quality of the refrigerator. According to her, over time, water began to form in the walls of the refrigerator, in this regard, she turned to the business entity to replace the refrigerator or refund funds.

Battakov Yerlan proposed to conduct an independent examination, in case of a malfunction of the goods, the Consumer Protection Committee will assist in the refund of funds.

The applicant, Valery Retyunsky, made a topical issue regarding the improvement of the work of the state body in the field of consumer protection and the E-tynushy portal. Yerlan Battakov assured that the voiced proposals will be taken into account when finalizing the information system

At the same time, Kokisheva Zhumakyz, a parent with many children, said that she was looking for employment, and also asked to consider the possibility of providing space and funds to open a store in a shopping center.

Answering the question, First Vice -Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Battakov said that the applicant needs to apply to the Employment Center of Nur-Sultan and register as an unemployed person, as well as take training courses. Yerlan Battakov also explained that the Center, together with NCE "Atameken", provide state grants for the Bastau-Business project for training and further implementation of the business idea.
